Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number for FedEx or UPS. Click the link in that email, or enter the number on the carrier’s website, to see live updates.

Order Timeline

  • Order placed: You receive an order-confirmation email immediately.
  • Processing: We prepare and pack your order within 1 business day.
  • Shipped: You receive a tracking number by email.
  • Delivered: Your order arrives within 2–7 business days.
