These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to every purchase made at Dakotahineman (wackysolutions.online), operated by Chris Breault LLC.
1. Authorization
By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including the product price and any applicable taxes. Shipping is free within the United States.
2. Order Confirmation
A binding order is created once your payment is authorized and you receive an order-confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment.
3. Pricing Accuracy
In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we resolve most issues within 24 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
5. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, we may perform verification checks on orders. Orders flagged as high-risk may be held or cancelled.
6. Invoices
A PDF invoice is automatically attached to your order emails for your records.
