At Dakotahineman, we want your gardening tools to reach you quickly, safely, and at no extra cost. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time

We ship all U.S. orders using trusted carriers FedEx and UPS. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location.

  • Handling time: 1 business day
  • Transit time: 2–7 business days (FedEx / UPS)
  • Total estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

Shipping Costs

We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden handling fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package on the FedEx or UPS website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers; please provide a physical street address to avoid delays.

Delays

While we work hard to deliver on time, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help track it down.

Wrong or Undeliverable Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
