Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Dakotahineman, we offer a straightforward 30-day return process.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@wackysolutions.online with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. We recommend keeping your tracking number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and clearance/final-sale items marked as non-returnable cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
